Lorraine Marie Thérèse LeBlanc, of Grand Barachois N.B. died peacefully after a long 3 1/2 year battle with Cancer. Born in Haute Aboujagane, New Brunswick, on September 12, 1946, she was the daughter of Gèrard and Célestina (Boudreau) Fougère.

Lorraine Fougère Lorraine worked for many years at the New Brunswick Workers Compensation Board (Worksafe NB) in Saint John N.B., as a Client Receptionist. After retiring from public service, she continued with her husband in owning and operating Celest Evergreen Nursery flower and garden shop in Saint John N.B.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Louis Philippe LeBlanc, son Roger LeBlanc (Pamela) of Saint John N.B., son David LeBlanc (Tanya) of Saint John N.B., daughter Lisa LeBlanc (late Jean-Paul) of Grand Barachois N.B., grandson Jordan LeBlanc, granddaughters Victoria LeBlanc and Julia LeBlanc, as well as many nieces and nephews. Lorraine is predeceased by her brothers Alfred Fougère and Eloi Fougère.

Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook with the Funeral mass to be held at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East on Thursday, August 18 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held at a later date in the parish cemetery
